Refund Policy \u2013 What happens if I want to cancel?<\/a><\/p>\n Your enrolment date starts on the date the course login email, also known as the welcome email, is sent. This email is used for the purposes of cancellations, deferrals, course extensions and refunds and will serve as your acceptance of TCA\u2019s Student Policy Terms and Conditions. Students are encouraged to read TCA\u2019s Student Policy online to ensure that they are aware of their rights and responsibilities as a student with the Academy. If a student wishes to cancel their enrolment they can submit a cancellation request using the online form\u00a0HERE<\/a>. We will also accept cancellation requests via phone 1800 837 550<\/a>\u00a0or email info@thecareeracademy.com.au<\/a>.<\/p>\n Cancellation forms submitted within your 10 days cancellation period (beginning from your welcome email being sent out), will be entitled to a full money back guarantee! Refunds will only be processed on the 20th of the month.<\/p>\n Cancellation requests received outside of your cancellation period will be liable for full course fees except in very limited circumstances if you experience a financial or other hardship \u2013 an unforeseen and extraordinary circumstance that significantly impacts your ability to continue with and\/or pay for the course.\u00a0 An example could include a severe and\/or debilitating injury or illness to you or a close family member that you support.<\/p>\n Please submit a suspension or cancellation request using the online form\u00a0HERE<\/a> \u00a0within 10 days of the hardship event occurring. However, some Pathways are 18 months in duration.
